Issue of Equity

MySale Group plc (AIM:MYSL) (the Company) the leading online retailer, with established international flash sales websites, announces the issue of equity in relation to the settlement of share right awards under the Company's Executive Incentive Plan (EIP).

As announced on the 29 September 2015, with the Company's preliminary results for the year to 30 June 2015, rights over 684,042 ordinary shares vested under the terms of the EIP and included in these are 201,115 ordinary shares due to Andrew Dingle, Chief Financial Officer.

The Company announces that 684,042 new ordinary shares have today been issued to the recipients under the EIP and accordingly details of Andrew Dingle's holding, after this issue of equity, are shown below:

Application will be made to the London Stock Exchange to admit the 684,042 new ordinary shares to trading on AIM. Admission of the new ordinary shares is expected to occur on or around 4 December 2015.

The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares and following admission the total shares in issue will be 151,331,652. The total number of exercisable voting rights in the Company will be 151,331,652 which figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company.
