The Company's employee benefit trust ("EBT"), of which MySale Group Trustee Limited (the "Trustee") is trustee, holds 3,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company. Carl Jackson and Jamie Jackson are the directors of the Trustee. Ordinary shares held by the EBT are unable to be voted, in line with the EBT's rules.
