Annual General Meeting Results and Directorate Change
MySale Group plc (AIM: MYSL) (the ''the group''), the leading international online retailer, confirms that at the company's Annual General Meeting (AGM) earlier today all resolutions were duly passed. Details of the votes cast are shown below.
As announced last month Iain McDonald's appointment as non-executive Chairman ended at the conclusion of the AGM today. The board's process to appoint a permanent successor to the role is progressing well and a further announcement shall be made in the near future. In the meantime non-executive director Charles Butler has been appointed interim non-executive Chairman.
