MySale Group plc (AIM: MYSL) (the ''the group''), the leading international online retailer, today announces that Iain McDonald, non-executive Chairman of the group, has informed the board that he will stand down as Chairman, at the conclusion of the forthcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 3 December 2018, in order to focus on a smaller number of business interests.
The board has commenced a process to appoint a successor for the role and will provide an update before or at the time of the AGM.
Iain McDonald commented:
"After three years as Chairman of MySale, I have taken the decision to step down in order to focus more time on the development of my technology investment business. It has been a tremendous experience to work with the team during this period and be a part of the MySale growth story, and I wish them well for the future."
