MySale Group plc a leading online retailer with established flash sales sites in Australia, New Zealand, South-East Asia and the UK, has today been informed of the following dealings in the Company's shares:
Mr. Iain McDonald, Non-Executive Chairman of MySale, today purchased 60,000 shares at a price of 44.91483 pence per share.
Following this transaction Iain will have an interest in 148,482 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.10% of the issued share capital.
