The Company is also pleased to announce that it has appointed William McClure asFinance Manager in Max's operations office in Kazakhstan. This means the Companynow has a full complement of staff in the country, including Country Manager,Production Manager, Drilling Manager, Engineering & Construction Manager andReservoir Engineering & Geology Manager, as announced in December 2005, all ofwhom have extensive experience in Kazakhstan. William McClure has a BBA in Finance / Accounting from Marshall University, WestVirginia, and has 24 years international experience with Fortune 500international oil and gas companies, in a range of financial control andplanning positions.
