On 2 December 2014, the Company received notification that as of 1 December 2014, GLG Partners LP ("GLG") held an interest in 326,412,300 Ordinary Shares consisting of 321,272,668 Ordinary Shares and CFDs with voting rights equivalent to 5,139,632 Ordinary Shares. The resulting interest ofGLGrepresented 15.01% of the then issued share capital of the Company.
