Scrip Calculation Price for the June 2016 Dividend in relation to the Scrip Dividend Scheme

On 17 May 2010 the Board of MedicX Fund Limited announced an opportunity for qualifying Shareholders to receive relevant dividends in new ordinary shares instead of in cash (the "Scheme").

In relation to the dividend for the period 1 January 2016 to 31 March 2016 payable on 30 June 2016 (the "June 2016 Dividend"), the price of a new ordinary share in relation to the Scrip Dividend Scheme (the "Scrip Calculation Price") has been set at 87.5 pence. This is the average of the closing middle market quotations for the Company's ordinary shares for the five consecutive business days commencing on the ex-dividend date of 19 May 2016.

In order to be valid, Mandate forms must be received by the Company's registrars, Capita Asset Services, (or CREST instructions entered) by no later than 5.00 p.m. on 9 June 2016 (the "Mandate Delivery Deadline") in order for elections under the Scrip Dividend Scheme to be effective in relation to the June 2016 Dividend. The Company mailed, on 24 May 2016, personalised Mandate Forms to Shareholders new on the Register since 19 February 2016 and before 20 May 2016 (the "Record Date"). Other Shareholders can use their Mandate Forms issued for previous scrip dividends offered, or obtain Mandate Forms from Capita Asset Services.

Mandate Forms remain valid for all Relevant Dividends where a Scrip Dividend Alternative is offered, until cancelled. Therefore, Shareholders who have previously completed a Mandate Form but no longer wish to receive a Scrip Dividend should write to Capita Asset Services, Corporate Actions, The Registry, 34 Beckenham Road, Beckenham, Kent, BR3 4TU, by no later than 5.00 p.m. on the Mandate Delivery Deadline for the Relevant Dividend to inform them that they wish to revoke the election and receive a cash dividend.

Shareholders who do not wish to receive a Scrip Dividend Alternative and have not previously completed a Mandate Form need take no further action and will receive a cash dividend in respect of the June 2016 Dividend in the usual way. The payment date in respect of the June 2016 Dividend is 30 June 2016.
