In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, the Company wishes to announce that it has been notified by Mr Stephen Le Page, a non-executive director of the Company, that with effect from 1 October 2017, he will become a director of Princess Private Equity Holding Limited, which is traded on the main market of the London Stock Exchange.
