Maryland, USA - 05 March 2019: MaxCyte (LSE: MXCT, MXCS), the global cell-based medicines and life sciences company, announces that on 04 March 2019, a total of 729,200 options of common stock in the Company ("Common Stock") were granted to PDMRs who are directors or officers of the Company ("Option Grants").
