Notice of Annual General Meeting and Annual Report and Accounts 2012
2ergo Group plc (AIM: RGO, "2ergo" or "the Group"), the owner and international provider of innovative, proprietary contactless mobile technology solutions, announces it has posted to shareholders its Annual Report and Accounts for 2012 (the 'Report & Accounts') and Notice of Annual General Meeting (the 'Notice').
The resolutions detailed in the Notice will be proposed at the Annual General Meeting of the Group, to be held at 10.00 am on 28 February 2013 at the offices of the Group at Digital World Centre, 1 Lowry Plaza, The Quays, Salford, Manchester, M50 3UB.
Copies of the Report & Accounts and the Notice are available from the Group's website in accordance with the AIM rules.
