MXC announces that it has been notified of the following holdings in its issued share capital.
Ian Smith has purchased 22,088,000 shares in his SIPP. His SIPP's holding in the Company is now 35,088,000 shares or 1.90% of the Company's issued share capital.
Tony Weaver has purchased 1,578,947 shares in his SIPP. His SIPP's holding in the Company is now 11,578,947 shares or 0.63% of the Company's issued share capital.
Ian Smith and Tony Weaver are also beneficial owners of MXC Holdings Limited, which currently owns 945,000,000 shares (51.15%) of the Company.
