2ergo Group plc (AIM: RGO, "2ergo" or "the Group"), announces that, pursuant to the allotment of ordinary shares in the Company through the Placing and the Subscription announced on 1 October 2012, the following changes to the directors' beneficial shareholdings in the Company have occurred:
