Completion of Placing

2ergo Group plc (AIM: RGO, "2ergo" or "the Company"), the international mobile business and marketing solutions company, confirms that further to its announcement of 24 February 2011, it has completed the placing of 2,380,953 new ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company (the "Placing Shares") with new and existing shareholders at a price of 126 pence per share (the "Placing"). The gross proceeds of the Placing are £3m.

The Placing Shares were admitted to AIM earlier this morning and the total number of issued ordinary shares in the Company is now 35,302,074.
