Result of AGM and EGM

MTI Wireless Edge Ltd (AIM: MWE), the technology group focused on comprehensive communication and radio frequency solutions across multiple sectors, announces that all resolutions put to shareholders at the Company's Annual General Meeting (the "AGM") held earlier today have been passed.

The proxy votes received from shareholders on each resolution are set out below.

In addition, the resolution proposed at the Extraordinary General Meeting (held immediately after the AGM) to reappoint Mrs. Lihi Elimelech Bechor as external director of the Company for three years was approved (40,068,646 votes for (100%) and no votes against).

With over 25 years of experience in providing customers with irrigation remote control and management, Mottech's solutions ensure constant, reliable and accurate water usage, while reducing operational and maintenance costs.
