(the 'Company') Directors' Shareholdings The following replaces the Directors' Shareholding announcement released todayat 2.08pm under RNS number 9534R. The Percentage of issued share capital now held by Moni Borovitz should read0.20% and not 0.02% as previously stated. All other details remain the same. Thefull correct version of the announcement appears below. The Company has been notified that Zvi Borovitz (non-executive chairman of theCompany), Moni Borovitz (finance director of the Company) and Dov Feiner (chiefexecutive officer of the Company) today sold 873,000, 127,000 and 400,000ordinary shares of NIS 0.01 each in the Company at 53 pence each respectively. The resultant personal holdings of the above directors are outlined in the tablebelow. In addition, each of these directors holds indirect interests in theCompany as shown in the notes to the table. (3) Dov Feiner holds 396,372 shares in MTI Computers representing 3.5 per cent of the issued share capital of MTI Computers.
