SHARE TRANSFER

The Company today announces that it was notified that Antoinette Vanderpuije, partner of Marwyn Investment Management LLP, the manager of the Company, transferred 10,500 Ordinary Shares from one of her accounts to her SIPP at a price of 90.00 pence per share, sold 22,500 Ordinary Shares at a price of 90.00 pence per share and purchased 22,500 Ordinary Shares for her personal ISA account at a price of 90.15 pence per share.

Following this transfer, Antoinette Vanderpuije's holding of Ordinary Shares remains unchanged at 222,112 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.39% of the Company's total voting rights.

Whilst Antoinette Vanderpuije is not a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") within the meaning of the UK version of Regulation (EU) 596/2014, as incorporated in the UK by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018, as amended in relation to the Company, she has voluntarily disclosed the information above to the Company, and the Company is voluntarily disclosing the information above to the market, as if she was a PDMR in relation to the Company.
