SHARE DEALINGS

The Company announces that it has been notified that Samantha Corsellis, wife of James Corsellis (partner of Marwyn Investment Management LLP, the manager of the Company), purchased 300,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 78 pence per share on 18 December 2023. Samantha Corsellis is a Person Closely Associated ("PCA") with James within the meaning of the UK version of Regulation (EU) 596/2014, as incorporated in the UK by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018, as amended ("UK MAR").

Also on 18 December, James Corsellis transferred 20,000 Ordinary Shares from one of his accounts to his SIPP at a price of 76 pence per share, sold 315,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 76 pence per share and purchased 315,000 Ordinary Shares for his personal ISA account at a price of 76.01 pence per share.

Following these transactions, the aggregate shareholding of James Corsellis and his PCA's, which includes both those shares held directly and those beneficially owned through an indirect holding in Marwyn Long Term Incentive LP, is 6,028,311 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 10.66% of the Company's voting rights.

Whilst James Corsellis is not a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") within the meaning of UK MAR in relation to the Company, he has voluntarily disclosed the information above to the Company, and the Company is voluntarily disclosing the information above to the market, as if he was a PDMR in relation to the Company.
