Manager Update
The Company has today been notified by Marwyn Investment Management LLP ("Marwyn") that, following his family's move to Spain, Mark Brangstrup Watts has retired as a partner of Marwyn and a member of its investment committee with immediate effect.
James Corsellis as Chief Investment Officer will continue on the investment committee alongside Marwyn Partners, Antoinette Vanderpuije and Tom Basset, with the ongoing support from a team of eight investment professionals based in London and Jersey.
Mark remains a director of AdvancedAdvT Limited, working closely with Marwyn and the board to identify and pursue acquisition opportunities, a trustee of the Marwyn Trust and a member of Marwyn LTIP LP but is not a PDMR in respect of the Company.
