INTERIM DIVIDEND TO ORDINARY SHAREHOLDERS
The Company is pleased to announce that an interim dividend of 2.265p per Ordinary Share will be paid on 23 February 2024, pursuant to the Company's ordinary share distribution policy.
The payment of the interim dividend to eligible holders of Ordinary Shares will be effected through CREST or by BACS in the case of holders of depository interests relating to the Ordinary Shares, or by BACS in the case of Ordinary Shares held in certificated form.

Important information regarding dividend payments
Dividends no longer paid by cheque
As announced in August 2023, the Company is no longer issuing cheques to pay dividends. The February 2024 Interim Dividend payment and all future dividend payments approved by the Board, will be paid electronically, either by bank transfer or through CREST. As part of this process, shareholders who wish to be paid via BACS are required to register their bank account details with the Company's Registrar, Link Group, either via the Signal Shares portal (https://www.signalshares.com), or via one of the other methods as detailed under section 3 of the Chequeless Dividend Q&A, available on the Company's website at www.marwynvalue.com/company-information/documents.
