Result of Annual General Meeting
At the General Meeting of Molten Ventures VCT plc, held earlier today, 17 September 2025, all resolutions were passed on a Poll.
The final dividend of 1.15 pence per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ended 31 March 2025 will be paid to Shareholders on 30 September 2025.
