Directors' dealings

Mulberry Group plc ("Mulberry" or the "Company") has been notified that Godfrey Davis, Chairman and Chief Executive of Mulberry, has today disposed of 205,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company (the "Ordinary Shares") at a price of 1,800 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction, Godfrey Davis now owns 839,160 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.42% of the Company's issued Ordinary Shares. Godfrey Davis also holds 250,000 options under the Company's Share Option Scheme, 300,000 Ordinary Shares under Mulberry's Co-Ownership Plan, 29,367 unvested deferred Ordinary Shares, 29,367 unvested matching nil cost options and 24,602 vested matching nil cost options all under the Company's Deferred Bonus Plan.

In addition, Mulberry was notified that Roger Mather, Group Finance Director of Mulberry, has yesterday surrendered for cash, options over 30,000 Ordinary Shares at an amount equal to 1,753 pence per Ordinary Share less the grant price of 144.7 pence per Ordinary Share. These options were granted under the Company's Share Option Scheme on 14 April 2008.

Following this transaction, Roger Mather holds 90,000 options under the Company's Share Option Scheme, 250,000 Ordinary Shares under Mulberry's Co-Ownership Plan, 26,964 unvested deferred Ordinary Shares, 26,964 unvested matching nil cost options and 12,140 vested matching nil cost options under the Company's Deferred Bonus Plan. Roger Mather also owns 16,318 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.03% of the Company's issued Ordinary Shares.
