Mulberry Group PLC06 July 2007 MULBERRY GROUP PLC (the "Company") 6 July 2007 ISSUE OF EQUITY The Company has applied for 100,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company,which were issued pursuant to the exercise of share options, to be admitted totrading on the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange. These share options were exercised at the option price of £0.53 pence. The Directors of the company have approved the allotment of the shares. These shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of theCompany and dealings are expected to commence on Thursday 12 July 2007. Theissued share capital of the Company following this announcement is 57,394,505ordinary shares of 5p each.
