Mulberry Group PLC17 April 2007 MULBERRY GROUP PLC (the "Company") 17 APRIL 2007 ISSUE OF EQUITY Following satisfaction of the relevant conditions set out in the Company'sarticles of association, the Company has converted the 8,000,000 B PreferenceShares of 5p each issued to Challice Limited under the subscription agreementannounced on 17 August 2000 into 8,000,000 ordinary shares of 5p each. The Company has applied for the ordinary shares arising on this conversion to beadmitted to trading on the Alternative Investment Market of the London StockExchange. These ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares ofthe Company and dealings are expected to commence on 23 April 2007.
