AGM statement
At the annual general meeting ("AGM") to be held later today, Tim Jackson-Smith, Chairman of MBL, will make the following statement:
"The Board can confirm that whilst both of the trading subsidiaries of the Group are currently profitable and cash generative, they are trading behind management expectations in the year to date. Further information around the performance of the Group and its trading businesses will be provided at the time of the release of the interim results for the 6 months ended 30 September 2017."
