Total Voting Rights

Mattioli Woods plc (AIM: MTW.L), the specialist wealth management and employee benefits business, announces that at 29 January 2021 the Company's capital consisted of 28,066,089 ordinary shares with voting rights. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company at 29 January 2021 was 28,066,089. 

The above figure of 28,066,089 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Mattioli Woods under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
