Notification of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs") and persons closely associated
As required by Article 19.3 of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 on market abuse, Mattioli Woods (AIM: MTW.L), the specialist wealth management and employee benefits business, announces that on 31 October 2017 the Company received notification from Capita IRG Trustees Limited ("Capita") that on 27 October 2017 Capita purchased Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company on behalf of certain PDMRs and persons closely associated with PDMRs of the Company as part of a dividend reinvestment plan as follows:
