Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them
As required by Article 19.3 of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 on market abuse, Mattioli Woods (AIM: MTW.L), the specialist wealth management and employee benefits business, announces that on 4 November 2016 the Company received notification from Capita IRG Trustees Limited ("Capita") that on 1 November 2016 Capita purchased Ordinary Shares of 1 penny each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company on behalf of certain Directors of the Company or their connected parties as part of a dividend reinvestment plan as follows:
