Mattioli Woods plc (AIM: MTW.L), the specialist wealth and asset management business, announces that an application has been made for the block admission of an additional 250,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to trading on AIM on 7 November 2023. These Ordinary Shares will be issued to The Mattioli Woods plc Share Incentive Plan and will also be available to be issued following the exercise of options under the terms of the Long-Term Incentive Plan.
All Ordinary Shares issued pursuant to the plans described above will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares.
