Mitie Group plc (the "Company") - Notification of Transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility and their Closely Associated Persons
The Company announces the following transactions in its Ordinary Shares of 2.5p each.
On 11 September 2023 Peter Dickinson exercised a total of 1,781,524 nil cost share options under the Mitie Group plc Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP").
