In accordance with DTR 3.1.2R, the Company has been notified on 17 May 2016 that on 16 May 2016 the Trustees of the Company's Share Incentive Plan purchased Ordinary Shares of 2.5 pence each in the Company on the London Stock Exchange at a price of 267.90 pence per share on behalf of the persons listed below:
