Mitie Group plc (the "Company") - Notification of Transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility and their Closely Associated Persons
The Company announces the following transaction in its Ordinary Shares of 2.5p each.
On 14 August 2023 Phil Bentley exercised a total of 1,141,535 nil cost share options under the Mitie Group plc Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP").
Following completion of the rights issue the number of nil cost options was adjusted in-line with the accepted standard methodology.
