METALS EXPLORATION PLC
GRANT OF OPTIONS
Metals Exploration plc ("Metals Ex" or the "Company"), the Pacific Rim natural resources exploration and development company, announces that on 18 March 2010 the Company granted options over 6,000,000 and 5,000,000 ordinary shares of 1p each respectively to Ian Holzberger, Executive Chairman, and Jonathan Beardsworth, Managing Director. The options are exercisable at a price of 25p between 18 March 2012 and 18 March 2017.
The resultant holdings of options and warrants in Metals Ex held by Mr. Holzberger and Mr. Beardsworth are as follows:
