Matra Petroleum plc ("Matra" or the "Company")
Board Change
Matra Petroleum announces that Peter Gunzburg, who is based in Australia and has been a non executive director of the Company since Admission to trading on AIM in April 2006, has tendered his resignation as a non-executive Director of the Company.
Sir Michael Jenkins, Matra Petroleum's Chairman, said:
"I would like to thank Peter for support and wise counsel to the Board over the last three and a half years, and wish him well in his other business pursuits."
