Marshalls PLC28 September 2007 Total Voting Rights In conformity with the Transparency Directive, Marshalls would like to notifythe market of the following: Marshalls' capital consists of 143,106,254 ordinary shares of 25p each("Ordinary Shares"). The Company holds 925,000 Ordinary Shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Marshalls (excluding treasuryshares) is 142,181,254.
