Director/PDMR Shareholding
Marshalls plc, the specialist Landscape, Building and Roofing Products group, announces that it has been informed that, on 12 July 2022:
· Mrs Gillian Coffey, wife of Martyn Coffey, Chief Executive Officer, purchased 13,000 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of £4.50; and
· Mrs Alison Lockwood, wife of Justin Lockwood, Chief Financial Officer, purchased 4,399 Ordinary Shares at an average price of £4.55.
Following these purchases, Martyn Coffey is interested in 384,335 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.15% of the Company's voting share capital and Justin Lockwood is interested in 17,475 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.007% of the Company's voting share capital.
