Marshalls PLC24 May 2006 AGM STATEMENT At the Annual General Meeting today, 24 May 2006, Mr Graham Holden, ChiefExecutive of Marshalls plc, the specialist Landscape Products Group, willprovide shareholders with the following update on trading: "Revenue from continuing operations, on a like for like basis, for the firstfour months of 2006 was 3 per cent ahead of the previous year. Total revenue,including acquisitions, was 5 per cent ahead. In the Domestic market, installer order books are currently at 9.5 weeks whichis identical to the same time last year." On 7 July 2006 the usual half year trading update will be issued prior to theannouncement of Interim Results on 8 September 2006.
