Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company announces that it was informed on 1 April 2016, that Mr Nicholas Bell, a director of the Company, on that day transferred 8,134 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") into his ISA at a price of 187 pence per share. Following this transfer, Mr Bell's beneficial interest in the Company remains unchanged at 100,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.6 per cent. of the current total voting rights of the Company.
