The Company has been informed that on 29 September 2017 certain directors and their PCAs transferred ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") all at a price of 216 pence to ISAs (the "Transfers"). The notifications below, made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation, provides detail on the Transfers. There is no change to any overall director interests in Ordinary Shares as a result of the Transfers.
