Update
The board of Management Resource Solutions plc ("MRS" or the "Company") provides the following update.
The second meeting of creditors held today has been adjourned until 20 December 2019, however the administrators have advised that they will continue the operations of the businesses only until the end of this month. The Directors are continuing to negotiate the purchase by MRS of certain assets and liabilities of MRS Services Group Pty Ltd as set out in the announcement of 12 November 2019.
