Results of Annual General Meeting
Melrose Resources plc (LSE: MRS) ("the Company") is pleased to announce that at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held today at Exchange Tower, 19 Canning Street, Edinburgh EH3 8EG, all resolutions put to the Meeting were passed on a show of hands.
The proxy votes received prior to the Meeting in respect of each of the resolutions is detailed in the table below.
