The Company announces that it was informed that Charlotte Twyning, Non-executive Director, bought 5,718 Ordinary Shares of 48/7 pence each in the Company on 10 March 2020 at a price of 173.925 pence per share. Following this transaction, Ms Twyning now holds an interest of 41,718 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.0009% of the issued share capital of the Company.
