The Company announces that it was informed that Archie G. Kane, non-executive Director, bought 50,000 Ordinary Shares of 48/7 pence each in the Company on 25 June 2018 at a price of 219.60 pence per share. Following this transaction Mr Kane now holds an interest of 50,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.001% of the issued share capital of the Company.
