Result of Annual General Meeting

Marlowe plc ("Marlowe" or the "Group"), the leader in business-critical services and software which assure regulatory compliance, announces that at the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company held at 10.00am today, all resolutions proposed at the meeting were duly passed by shareholders. Resolution 14 was withdrawn prior to the commencement of the AGM.
