The Marlowe TIC business is a high performing leading provider of critical safety and compliance services in fire, water hygiene and air quality, with a proven track record of delivering strong growth.

Marlowe regularly reviews its portfolio of businesses with the aim of seeking to maximise shareholder value but confirms that no decision has been made in respect of any potential strategic action for any of the Group's businesses. There can be no certainty that any such action will be taken.
