Publication of Notice of AGM and Annual Report
Marlowe plc ("Marlowe" or the "Group"), the UK leader in business-critical services which assure regulatory compliance, announces that it has today published notice of the Company's 2024 annual general meeting (the "AGM") together with the Company's annual report and financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2024.
The AGM will be held at 14:00 BST on 30 September 2024 at 20 Grosvenor Place, London, SW1X 7HN.
