Marlowe plc ("Marlowe" or the "Group"), the specialist services group focused on developing companies which assure safety and regulatory compliance, notifies that in order to effect a transfer between legal holdings, Alex Dacre (Chief Executive of the Group) and Charles Skinner (Non-Executive Director) sold the following ordinary shares of 50 pence each in the capital of the Group ("Ordinary Shares").
On 19 February 2021, Alex Dacre sold 2,459,738 Ordinary Shares to Dacre Holdings Limited, a company wholly owned and controlled by Mr Dacre, at a price of 715 pence per Ordinary Share.
There is no change to Mr Dacre's beneficial interest in Ordinary Shares as a result of this transaction. Mr Dacre holds a beneficial interest in a total of 5,094,352 Ordinary Shares (representing c.8.2 per cent. of the Group's issued share capital).
On 22 February 2021, Charles Skinner sold 471,751 Ordinary Shares to Friary Holdings Limited, a company wholly owned and controlled by Mr Skinner, at a price of 710 pence per Ordinary Share.
There is no change to Mr Skinner's beneficial interest in Ordinary Shares as a result of this transaction. Mr Skinner holds a beneficial interest in a total of 805,084 Ordinary Shares (representing c.1.3 per cent. of the Group's issued share capital).
