Director/PDMR Shareholding
Marlowe plc ("Marlowe", the "Group" or the "Company"), the UK leader in business-critical services and software which assure safety and regulatory compliance, announces that Charles Skinner, Non-Executive Director of the Company, has today purchased 16,556 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 604 pence per Ordinary Share.
As a result, Charles Skinner is now interested in 521,640 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.54% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
