Marlowe plc ("Marlowe" or the "Group"), the leader in business-critical services, announces that it has today been notified, in accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules and as a result of the repurchase and cancellation by the Company of Ordinary Shares in accordance with the terms of Marlowe's buyback programme announced on 22 May 2024, that Lord Michael Ashcroft KCMG PC, Interim Non-Executive Chairman of Marlowe, crossed a notifiable threshold in his percentage shareholding of ordinary shares of 50 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 19 July 2024.

Lord Ashcroft PCMG PC remains beneficially interested in an unchanged 15,310,170 Ordinary Shares, now representing 17.17 per cent. of the Group's issued ordinary share capital.
