Notification of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR") and persons closely associated with them
Marks Electrical Group plc ("Marks Electrical", "the Company" or "the Group"), a fast-growing online electrical retailer, today announces that Mariam Egan, a person closely associated with Josh Egan, Chief Financial Officer of the Group, acquired 1,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company for a price of 75 pence per share. Following the purchase, Josh Egan has a beneficial interest in an aggregate of 142,000* ordinary shares in the Company.
* 2,000 ordinary shares are held by Mariam Egan.
